Really amazing hotel with crazy beautiful views The staff were super nice and it was just overall just really lovely vibes! 💗 The food there is yummy too. The best part of the hotel though is Juan and his birding tour. I got to see a Quetzal like right in front of my face it was life changing. Even if we didn't see a single bird the beautiful hike and lovely people we met were worth the tour alone....but I saw so many cool birds! I hope to come back here again one day 💕

The view is nice and the staff is helpful and friendly, and the floor and furniture of the room was clean. The shuttle dropped us on the main road, there was a steep path down to the hotel with many big steps. If you have difficulties with mobility this is a hard path. Near the lake is another entry that is easier, you can try to get a tuktuk to the other entry. There could be improvements made to cleanliness of the room, for example the curtains could use a wash and the walls and roof maybe a dusting or washing.

It was EXCELLENT! So peaceful and beautiful. Truly the best view on the lake and the gardens are lovely. The free kayaks were a great bonus! Breakfast was delicious. We paid extra to use the jacuzzi and temazcal for an evening and I highly recommend. The staff is so kind and will help you with whatever you need organized. The water taxis will pull right up to the dock if you ask. Easy access to both artsy San Juan and lively San Pedro. Could not recommend enough!

Perfect stay!! We loved it here! We stayed here a few days and explored before traveling to Antigua. Please clarify to the capitan if you're staying here- location says San Juan but this has it's own launch if you're going by boat. Breakfast was delicious 😋 views are even better 😍

The view from the room and the hotel's deck was incredible as pictured. The room was plain and simple but the view and access to the lake was worth it. Free access to kayaks as well. The service was excellent, they also help carry your luggage up to your room. The only thing I wish is that the owner would build a step ladder on the deck to climb out of the lake since it was difficult to climb out of the water, if you're adventurous enough to jump in.

This hotel is very beautiful and the customer service is more than we could have asked for. The kitchen staff is so kind and very accommodating. All of the food was delicious as well. We had a couple mornings that we got up early and they were able to prepare breakfasts to-go and accommodate my food allergy. I would absolutely stay here again.

Privacy, amazing views and rooms, all natural food which is fun to watch them tend the gardens as you read in hammock and look out at lagoon. Be careful for extra charges.....other than that, go.

Stayed here twice. Beautiful site, great staff and very helpful for our vegetarian dietary needs. Kitchen is clean and food is great. Temazcal is hot and great too. Thank you!
