A very memorable Amazon trip. Olando's English is great. The itinerary can be arranged according to your own preferences. Olando accompanied us throughout the trip to find pink sea urchins, owls, sloths, and caimans. The hut we lived in was very close to the Pacaya Samiria National Reserve, so the environment was very quiet and there were many wild animals. The hut was very clean and the meals were quite delicious. It is definitely a good choice to explore the Amazon👍

Wow! I had an unforgettable experience with Red Uakari Jungle Tours. Moments that brought me to tears. The team is professional, communicative, and exceptional at tracking and naming the variety of plants and animals. I’ll definitely be back! Update: May 2023 This was my second trip with Red Uakari Jungle Tours and had another fantastic experience. Again Orlando and his team have created a lovely and comfortable lodge. Food is excellent. Beds are comfy and I never had a problem with bugs within my room. The trips into the jungle are incredible Orlando and his team are remarkably attuned to the environment. They’ll see or hear things and point it out and im like … “how the hell did you see that?”. Highly recommend them!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Orlando‘s Lodge for 4 nights. We got picked up at our hotel in Iquitos and after that, it is a 2 hours drive from Iquitos to Nauta. Then we took a boat for about an hour until we reached the Lodge. The rooms are super comfy and there is also a spacious community room where you can hang out whenever you want. Food and private tours are already included in the package. Orlando and his family/friends try everything to make your stay as pleasant and unique as possible. They will plan with you the trips for the next day every evening according to your personal preferences. Orlando, Roberto and Fredy have grown up in the Amazonas area and therefore know everything about the Jungle including its wildlife. We went there at the end of the rainy season (in May) and did lots of boat tours as there was still lots of water around. They spot numerous different animals for you and are able to tell you everything about them. Furthermore, also the food was super delicious (

The service we received during our three-day stay at the lodge was fantastic. Orlando and Roberto were attentive to our needs at all times, and the day and night excursions were impressive. The lodge, while not overly luxurious, is great; it's comfortable, you sleep really well, and you feel in close contact with nature from the moment you arrive. The food they cooked was also very good, varied, and tasty. As for the activities: we saw all kinds of animals (sloths, monkeys, frogs, eagles, spiders, snakes, boas, dolphins, etc.), incredible sunsets, we caught and cooked piranhas... Roberto is a true Amazonian warrior; you'll enjoy him and his experiences. One of the best experiences of my life, I recommend it 100%.

This company is so amazing and I highly recommend. I’m a certified travel professional with a career of experience working with boards of tourism, hotels and tour operators all throughout the Caribbean, North and South America. This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The guides are deeply focused on safety and have a wealth of knowledge about the area and wildlife. The experience I had was a complete package and I’d do it again in a heartbeat given the opportunity.
