The villa was even nicer than the photos! Check in was absolutely seamless by corresponding directly on What's app with the property manager, Guillermo. They use codes for the main gate and the front door of the villa. All the kitchen equipment you need and the washer/dryer made the stay absolutely wonderful. AC units in both bedrooms as well as one in the main area. Our kids LOVED the trampoline outside our villa (Villa #5 has a bigger trampoline than some other ones) and the gated compound allowed them to go and explore on their own. You can see the low-hanging clouds drift through the compound, so cool. Sat outside under the covered patio during rain storms. Anything we needed, Ana and Guillermo were there instantly. 5 minute drive into Sta Elena which has everything you need including supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, souvenirs, pharmacy and 24 hr clinic (which we needed unfortunately after a mishap). Wonderful stay, would highly recommend.

It’s not that big with no more than 10 villas on the property. It was well maintained. The roads were not paved though. Location is about one mile from the town center. Great place to stay if you drive. The villa itself is very spacious, including two bedrooms, a kitchen and living room, laundry room and shower/bathroom. It’s a great deal for a group. Laundry detergent was provided, but no shampoo. The service was minimal, maybe because we don’t speak Spanish and the receptionist didn’t speak English at all. Overall it’s a good place to stay.

Our stay was excellent. The property consists of 6 identical houses. It was very quiet when we were there, which was at the end of November. Really clean and in excellent condition. What really stood out for us was the extremely good care we received from Guillermo, the property manager who is on site in the office at the reception. He welcomed us and made sure everything was OK. We even needed help with a flat tire and Guillermo was there for us! Wonderful.
