Great place to stay in Puerto Varas. Clean rooms and comfy beds. They woman at the reception is super friendly and will help you with everything you need.

Rooms 3.4 Location 4.8 Service 4.5 The one and only thing going for this hotel is location; all other aspects are poor. The room lighting was dim to almost dark with no way of adjusting the brightness, the air conditioning was set at one temperature with no way of adjusting it, the toilet is in a wooden box near the front door of the room. The one light in the toilet automatically turns off after a few seconds and to turn it back on one needs to wave the arms for movement. This room was the “upgraded” suite? The breakfast buffet was fine but for other dining times the menu is very minimal for choices of entree’s and the prices are high. We chose to eat meals at a nearby French style restaurant with excellent food and lower cost. This hotel is far from 4 or 5 stars. I have no desire to book this hotel again.

This is a historic building that was converted to hotel. It was very cozy and the staff was welcoming. There's common area with a bar and TV. The rooms also have TVs and are well kept. Bathrooms were clean. They serve a breakfast in the morning but we were up too late or too early for our tours.
